Regulated, zero-defect engineering environment serving BNSF Railway. Design, drafting, and internal QA on technical drawings for railroad crossings.
Delivery & Operations {Manager}
20+ years of project and delivery management across regulated engineering, agency, and SaaS environments. Hands-on with AI and automation, daily.
Zero-defect regulated engineering, then a client agency built from scratch, then an AI SaaS startup. Different stakes, same job: keep many moving pieces on schedule and get the work over the line.
Regulated, zero-defect engineering environment serving BNSF Railway. Design, drafting, and internal QA on technical drawings for railroad crossings.
Full-service Amazon management agency, run from 2016 to 2024. Owned client delivery, onboarding, and the specialist team.
AI-powered SaaS startup, two-person founding team. Sole client-facing delivery lead, covering onboarding, support, and delivery for the beta program.
The shop started as two people, Henry and Martin, both splitting design work and checking work. I took over design and QA for the crossings side so Martin could focus only on signal.
The shop turned plans around faster, could bid on more crossing work, and funded more hires. I ran the crossings side for the next eight years, with direct reports and full accountability for output quality and on-time delivery to BNSF.
Eight years running a full-service Amazon management agency. 50+ client brands cumulatively, 8–10 at a time, brands doing $1M–$5M+ annually.
I built the onboarding systems, SOPs, and reporting cadences from scratch, then hired and trained 4–5 specialists across PPC, listing optimization, and design to run them.
The result wasn't one dramatic 90-day win. It was steady execution across years, and clients stayed, in a category where agency churn is the norm. The agency grew to $200K–$300K in annual revenue over that span.
Two-person founding team, and I was the sole client-facing delivery lead. When beta issues came in, I diagnosed them to root cause myself, using Claude and direct Supabase access, instead of routing them to my co-founder. He stayed on feature development instead of onboarding and signup problems.
I also cut infrastructure spend by more than 80%, roughly $3,000 a year down to about $495, by migrating the front end and database onto two self-hosted VPSs and running the migration and cutover myself.
Across dozens of client relationships, a few things came up again and again: results within the first one to two weeks, not months. Clients who'd been burned by other agencies specifically noting the difference in responsiveness. More than one saying, unprompted, that they wouldn't have understood their own business as well without the process we built. That consistency, not any single account, is what I'm proudest of.
A publishing client hired me and my team for a structured, three-month advisory engagement, training their staff on scaling PPC campaigns.
Three years later they came back for a second, larger engagement on listing optimization and ranking.
Hands-on work included keyword rank tracking in Helium 10, taught as a process their team could run themselves rather than stay dependent on us.
I'm proud of that number, but I'm prouder they came back.
Audiences and marketing sites I built and ran for Seller's Arena and SellerSynapse.
Not marketing assets. Systems I stood up and ran myself.
Self-configured AI agent, integrated with a self-hosted Twenty CRM to automate outreach and prospect data enrichment.
Moved the front end and database onto two self-hosted VPSs and ran the cutover myself. Infrastructure spend dropped by more than 80%.
Built with Claude, shipped on AWS Amplify.
Daily drivers, not resume keywords.
If you need someone who keeps projects moving and actually ships, I'd love to hear about the role.
